Oye Achaar offers food products including pickles/achaar and related food products in different pack sizes and variants.

Our products may be prepared using natural agricultural ingredients, spices, oils and other food ingredients. Since natural ingredients may vary by season, batch and source, there may be minor variations in:

• Aroma

• Taste

• Oil separation

• Ingredient size and appearance

Such natural variations do not necessarily indicate that the product is defective.

The product label, ingredient list, allergen information, net quantity, batch details, manufacturing/packing information, best-before/use-by information and storage instructions applicable to a particular product shall take precedence for that product.

10. Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery ("COD") is available, COD orders may be subject to verification.

We reserve the right to contact the customer to confirm a COD order.

Repeated refusal of COD deliveries, false orders, suspicious orders or repeated return-to-origin orders may result in restriction or cancellation of future COD orders.

Because our products are food products, returns are handled differently from ordinary non-food products.

We generally do not accept returns merely because a customer:

• Ordered the wrong variant;

• Does not like the level of spice/sourness/sweetness;

• Simply does not require the product anymore.

If the outer package appears visibly damaged, opened, tampered with or leaking at the time of delivery, the customer should, wherever reasonably possible:

3. Contact Oye Achaar within the prescribed complaint period;

4. Preserve the product, packaging, shipping label and other relevant evidence.

Claims without supporting information may require additional verification.
